BB Leagues LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company, operating at bbleagues.com, where it hosts a free, or paid, fantasy competition app for fans of the TV show Big Brother. If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach us at bbfantasyleagues@gmail.com.

Information We Collect

When you create an account or use BB Leagues, we may collect:

• Email address — used to identify your account and send password reset emails
• Display name — the name you choose during onboarding, shown to other users in leagues and the forum
• Profile photo URL — only if you sign in with Google and Google provides one
• League activity — which leagues you join, your draft picks, team scores, forum posts, and comments
• Payment information — if you join a paid league, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment details directly.
• Payout information — if you win a paid league, you may voluntarily provide a Zelle or PayPal handle so we can send your winnings
• Support requests — if you contact support, we store your message and any error information you share

How We Use Your Information

• To operate your account and let you play in leagues
• To display your display name and activity to other users (this is a social app)
• To process paid league entry fees and send prize payouts
• To respond to support requests
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use BB Leagues — for example, which pages are visited most often. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google AdSense (Future)

We may add Google AdSense advertising in the future to help keep BB Leagues free. If we do, Google may use cookies to show you relevant ads based on your browsing history. We will update this policy before enabling ads.

Stripe (Payment Processing)

Paid league entry fees are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you join a paid league, you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page. Your payment card information is collected and stored by Stripe — not by BB Leagues. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Firebase (Data Storage)

Your account data and app content (league info, scores, posts, etc.) are stored in Firebase, a Google service. Firebase stores data on Google's servers. Google's privacy policy applies to Firebase's data handling practices.

Age Requirement

BB Leagues is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. Paid leagues require participants to be 18 or older and US residents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at bbfantasyleagues@gmail.com and we will remove the account.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your account and associated data are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your own account at any time from your Profile page — this removes your account from our authentication system and your user record from our database.

If you would like to request deletion of any additional data (such as forum posts or league history), email us at bbfantasyleagues@gmail.com and we will handle it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll post a notice on the site. Continued use of BB Leagues after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
