Welcome to BB Leagues

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BB Fantasy League, operated by BB Leagues LLC (Pennsylvania). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use BB Leagues.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• To join a paid league, you must be at least 18 years old and a United States resident.
• By joining a paid league, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Free Leagues

Free leagues are available to any registered user. You can create public or private leagues, invite friends, draft houseguests, and compete on the leaderboard at no cost. Free leagues do not involve any money and have no prize.

Paid Leagues

Paid leagues are skill-based entertainment contests. Participants pay an entry fee (buy-in) and the collected prize pot is awarded to the winner(s) at the end of the season.

• Entry fee: Varies by league ($2, $5, $10, $25, $50, or $100)
• Platform fee: BB Leagues retains 10% of the gross prize pot
• Payment processing fee: Approximately 2.9% per transaction is charged by our payment processor (Stripe)
• Net prize pot: After fees, approximately 87.1% of the gross pot is distributed to winner(s)
• Payout cap: Prize payouts are capped at $599 per winner after platform and payment processing fees
• No refunds: Entry fees are non-refundable once payment is processed
• Split pots: If multiple winners are declared, the net pot is divided equally

Paid leagues are operated solely by BB Leagues LLC. Only the admin account at bbfantasyleagues@gmail.com can create paid leagues.

Entertainment & Prize Contests

Paid league entry fees are paid for the entertainment experience of competing: drafting your team, following the season, and seeing how your picks perform. Winning a prize is a possible outcome, but it is never guaranteed.

Results depend on how your drafted houseguests perform on the TV show Big Brother. Please only enter a paid league if you're comfortable with the possibility of not winning. We want everyone to have fun regardless of the outcome.

Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on prizes received.

Prize Payouts

Payouts are processed manually by BB Leagues LLC via Zelle or PayPal Business. Winners submit their Zelle or PayPal handle through the app, and BB Leagues LLC sends payment directly. Payout requests are reviewed and fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe after the winner is declared.

BB Leagues LLC makes no guarantee as to the exact timing of payouts, but commits to processing them promptly and transparently.

User Conduct

When using BB Leagues, you agree not to:

• Use offensive, harassing, or abusive language in the forum, chat, or comments
• Post spam, advertisements, or irrelevant content
• Attempt to manipulate scores, votes, or game outcomes
• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Impersonate another user or BB Leagues staff
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

BB Leagues uses automated profanity filtering. Content that violates these rules may be removed, and accounts may be suspended or permanently banned at BB Leagues' sole discretion.

Right to Remove Users and Leagues

BB Leagues LLC reserves the right to remove any user, post, comment, or league at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms. In the case of a paid league removal, BB Leagues LLC will make reasonable efforts to refund participants — but this cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

No Refunds

Paid league entry fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except at BB Leagues LLC's sole discretion. All sales are final.

Disputes

Any disputes related to BB Leagues, including scoring decisions, payout amounts, or league outcomes, will be handled directly by BB Leagues LLC. Contact us at bbfantasyleagues@gmail.com.

BB Leagues LLC commits to running a fair and transparent contest for all participants. Decisions by BB Leagues Admin are final.

Changes to These Terms

BB Leagues LLC may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of BB Leagues after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
